Payment terms for our services will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally:

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shiift AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
